Was at your restuarant for dinner with my family of 6. We walked in at 7:30 pm, seated at 8:20, took 15 mins. to get drink order. We ordered dinner at 8:30 and was served at 9:27pm. I realizes that the place was packed, that a management problem. We live in Perry and know that Dogwood Festival is always busy. Our service was terrible tonight, I requested that our drinks be comped, your Hostress was since out to deny the request instaed of You or your manager. The request was for 2 beers, 2 glasses of wine and 1 Long Island Ice Tea, our bill s were over $100, not much to ask for terrible service and long waiting. You have lost the business of my group of 25 locals, we were insulted by the lack of common courtesy as paying customers,not to speak with the owner of the place..
